Excessive Sweating - Stop it Naturally

If excessive sweating is driving you nuts, you will be excited to find out there are various natural ways to halt sweating.

Before giving you a list of the methods that can alleviate problems with your sweat, you need to know that sweating is an integral bodily function and you should not eliminate sweating completely. Sweating is the body’s temperature control function. Your sweat glands generate perspiration which is brought to your skin’s surface when your temperature goes up. As the perspiration evaporates, it helps cool the skin to a normal temperature. Without sweat, your body runs the risk of overheating, leading to dangerous medical situations, even death.

The most obvious way to stop sweating naturally is to evade those situations that provoke you to sweat: Forsake brisk exercise, high temperatures and spicy foods. However, this avoidance is not always possible.

Ensure to drink ample cold water to keep your body temperature down. Water is plentiful and inexpensive. By drinking no less than eight 8 oz glasses throughout the day, you’ll keep your body nice and cool. Try to stay in shady, cool areas as well.

A further natural way to stop sweating is to bathe often, even more than once times a day if is required. Use a loofah sponge, which as a rule is more capable ofscrubbing away bacteria that creates body odor. Make certain you especially scrub your toes, your groin and your armpits. These are all areas where bacteria thrive, which is why these areas are so susceptible to body odor.

There are numerous natural deodorants that you can apply when you get dressed. You can make your own by combining equal parts of rubbing alcohol and water with tiny amounts of alum and rose water (both are readily available at grocery and drug stores.) Or, you can try using a small amount of cornstarch or talcum powder. These can be less irritating than the favored antiperspirant/deodorants that comprise aluminum chloride or aluminum chlorohydrate. Ask at a health food store for other natural antiperspirants.

If your face is prone to sweating, try keeping a tiny spray bottle of witch hazel accessible, along with a small supply of cotton balls. Spray the witch hazel on one of these cotton ball and gently brush it over your face for effective relief.

Natural ways to stop sweating are very straightforward to use and inexpensive. You do not have to break the bank to stop breaking your sweat.
